Human-rights based approach: Accountability and the rule of law

This indicator tracks the total number of formal complaints or legal cases related to discrimination (e.g., based on race, ethnicity, gender, disability, age, religion, sexual orientation, etc.) that are filed against public administrations which have received Grants' support. Only complaints or cases formally filed with relevant authorities (e.g., equality bodies, ombudspersons, courts, or internal complaint mechanisms) count towards this indicator.
