Human-rights based approach: Accountability and the rule of law
This indicator measures the total number of formal or informal mechanisms created or strengthened to enable individuals or communities to safely report human rights violations, discrimination, or other grievances related to project activities or public services. These mechanisms may include help desks, ombudsperson offices, complaint boxes, hotlines, or digital platforms, and should ensure confidentiality, accessibility, and timely response. The support may include technical assistance, funding, capacity-building or other type of support.
