Human rights–based approach: Non-discrimination and gender equality

This indicator measures the total number of leadership roles—such as chairperson, co-chair, spokesperson, or committee lead—held by self-identified women in project-related advisory and/or decision-making forums. It captures the extent to which women not only participate in these bodies, but also occupy positions of authority and influence in shaping project decisions and providing strategic guidance.
