Number of start-ups or spin-off companies created as a result of research findings

This indicator counts the number of new start-up companies or spin-offs directly established based on innovations, technologies, or research findings supported by the Grants. These companies should be legally registered and linked to the research output, either through licensing, commercialisation, or new product development.

METHODOLOGY:

a. Track new companies that result from the application or commercialization of supported research.

b. If possible, collect information on each start-up, including business registration details, founding date, and the specific research output that led to its creation.
