Definition and Methodology

This indicator measures the number of housing-related services that have been either newly established or significantly improved with Grants support. These services aim to enhance access to adequate housing, particularly for disadvantaged or marginalised populations.

Housing services may include, but are not limited to:

a. Housing mediation or counselling

b. Support for accessing social or affordable housing

c. Temporary or emergency accommodation

d. Renovation support services

e. Infrastructure-related support (e.g., connections to utilities)

An "improved" service refers to a measurable enhancement in service quality, accessibility, coverage, or effectiveness.

Only services that are operational and directly supported through the Grants are counted.
