This indicator tracks the total count of distinct new or significantly enhanced methodologies, protocols, procedures, or guidelines introduced and formally adopted within the court system to improve its accessibility, sensitivity, and responsiveness to the rights and needs of children involved in judicial processes. Methodologies may include procedural reforms, communication strategies, capacity-building programmes, or any other systematic approach implemented to make the court environment and processes more child-friendly. New methodologies refer to completely original approaches or tools that have not been previously used. Improved methodologies refer to existing practices that have been substantially revised or upgraded to better support child-friendly principles.
