This indicator measures the total number of courts receiving Grants' support that made key transparency documents—case assignment rules, annual activity reports, and anonymised judicial decisions—publicly available on their official websites or online platforms. A court is counted once it regularly publishes all three categories in accordance with national standards. These websites/online platforms must be regularly maintained, user-friendly, and ensure decisions are published in a manner that promotes transparency and legal certainty. All published decisions must comply with applicable data protection regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring that personal data is anonymised or redacted where necessary to protect the privacy of individuals involved.
