Estimated total number of unique individuals who participated in or viewed online arts or cultural events that have received Grants' support, including live-streamed performances, virtual exhibitions, digital festivals, and interactive cultural experiences.
METHODOLOGY:
a. To estimate attendance, platform analytics can be used such as from live-streaming data (YouTube, Facebook Live, Twitch, Vimeo, Instagram Live), webinar platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams), and virtual exhibition platforms (Google Arts & Culture, online galleries, NFT exhibitions).
b. The key metrics to track are:
Total views (live & recorded replays).
Unique attendees (number of individual users accessing the event).
Peak concurrent viewers (maximum attendees at a single time).
Engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, watch time).
Ticketing platforms (Eventbrite, Hopin) reports.
