This indicator measures the total number of individuals supported by the Fund Operator to participate in regional civil society initiatives involving cross-border cooperation.

It captures all the persons mobilised by the Fund Operator—whether acting as reporting or contributing FO—to participate in a regional initiative. Participants may be from the Fund Operator’s own country or from other countries.
