This indicator measures the total number of civil society organisations (CSOs) and other entities supported by the Fund Operator to participate in regional civil society initiatives involving cross-border cooperation.

“Other entities” may include Fund Operators, other civil society stakeholders, EEA and Norway Grants Programme Operators, international organisations, Donor State entities, and the Financial Mechanism Office (FMO).

It captures all organisations and entities mobilised by the Fund Operator—whether acting as reporting or contributing FO—to participate in a regional initiative. Participating organisations and entities may be from the Fund Operator’s own country or from other countries.

Where possible, data should be disaggregated by country.
