Total count of supported CSOs that have new or enhanced IT systems (both hardware and software) with Grants support. This includes improvements in hardware, software, network capabilities, or IT management policies and processes, enabling the organisations to operate more efficiently, securely, and effectively. This indicator tracks both new systems (completely fresh IT solutions built from scratch) and improved systems (IT solutions that have been upgraded or enhanced in functionality, security, efficiency, or user experience). To count towards this indicator, the systems must be fully developed and at least partially operational. Setting up new social media accounts does NOT count towards this indicator.
