This indicator reflects the reach and engagement of CSOs in mobilising communities, fostering civic participation, and influencing public discourse.

Total number of individuals who have attended public gatherings organised or led by supported civil society organisations (CSOs). Public gatherings may include events such as townhall meetings, marches, sit-ins, rallies, community meetings, awareness-raising events, or public demonstrations (organised in line with the Fund values).

This indicator focuses on community organising rather than policy advocacy. Participants in consultations for a policy initiative as defined under indicator CIV-006 do NOT count towards this indicator to avoid double-counting.
