CIV-009
Number of training participants self-reporting improved know-how of [topic] after the training
Definition and Methodology
This indicator reflects short-term training impact – Immediate improvements in practical competencies, enhanced ability to apply knowledge, and readiness for real-world application.
This indicator measures the total number of training participants who report an increase in their skills related to training topics [topics to be defined in line with the CSF programme], based on a self-assessment.
If your programme targets women or Roma, please use a gender- or Roma-specific indicator. If not, this indicator can be disaggregated by self-reported gender (in non-binary terms) and/or by self-reported ethnicity. Please see the Guidance on the use of the core indicators library.
