CIV-008
Number of training participants self-reporting improved knowledge/understanding of [topic] after the training
Definition and Methodology
This indicator reflects increased knowledge and understanding among target groups and reflect short-term learning outcomes – immediate cognitive gains.
This indicator measures the total number of training participants who report an increase in their knowledge/understanding of the training topics [topics to be defined in line with the CSF programme], based on a self-assessment.
If your programme targets women or Roma, please use a gender- or Roma-specific indicator. If not, this indicator can be disaggregated by self-reported gender (in non-binary terms) and/or by self-reported ethnicity. Please see the Guidance on the use of the core indicators library.
