Number of new or improved products or services commercialised

Low Cumulative number

Definition and Methodology

Total number of new or significantly improved products or services that have been successfully introduced to the market by businesses that received grant support. It reflects the impact of the grant in fostering innovation and enhancing business offerings.

New products or services are defined as completely novel offerings that were not previously available in the market.

Improved products or services refer to existing offerings that have been significantly enhanced in terms of quality, functionality, efficiency, or customer experience. The improvement must be substantial, not just minor modifications.

Commercialised means that the product or service has been successfully introduced to the market, meaning they are available for sale and generating revenue or customer adoption.

To count towards this indicator, the product or service must be available to customers (e.g., through sales, subscriptions, or active market use).

Data sources may include sales data, customer adoption metrics, marketing materials, or product launch documentation.
