Total count of newly introduced or significantly enhanced operational processes within businesses receiving Grants' support. It reflects improvements in efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance following support.

A process is counted if it meets the following conditions:

a. New or significantly Improved: it introduces a novel approach or enhances an existing operational workflow, system, or method.

b. Implemented in business operations : the process has moved beyond planning and is actively used in daily activities.

c. Business impact: it contributes to measurable improvements, such as cost reduction, time savings, quality enhancement, or increased output.
