A technology, process, or solution is counted if it meets the following conditions:

a. New or significantly improved: the business introduces a novel approach or enhances efficiency, performance, or effectiveness.

b. Successfully applied: it has been implemented and is actively used in operations, production, or service delivery.

c. Impact-driven: it contributes to measurable improvements, such as cost savings, productivity gains, or quality enhancements.
