Definition and Methodology

Total number of supported businesses that record an increase in revenue attributable to new or improved products, services, or production processes developed or enhanced with grant support. This indicator measures the extent to which investments contribute to business growth and market performance.

A business is counted if:

a. Revenue increase: Revenue generated from the supported new or improved products, services, or production processes in the reporting year exceeds the revenue generated from the same products/services/processes in the previous year; and

b. Attribution to support: The observed increase in revenue can be reasonably attributed to the investment supported by the Grants.
