This indicator tracks the total number of exchange programmes or study visits organised between bilateral partners, whether in-person or online.

For in-person exchanges to count towards this indicator, the duration must be at least two working days to be considered an exchange. For online exchanges, the total combined duration of activities must be at least 8 hours to be considered an exchange. These activities can be spread over multiple days.
