Number of migrants, asylum-seekers and refugees provided with services
Definition and Methodology
Total count of migrants (regardless of age, status and other personal characteristics) who have received services intended to ensure their safety, health, rights, and well-being, provided through Grant-funded initiatives. Migrants, asylum-seekers, and refugees are individuals who have migrated voluntarily or forcibly, including those seeking asylum due to persecution or conflict and those granted refugee status under international protection laws.
Services include shelter, medical care, food, legal aid, education, language services, employment counseling, and psychosocial support (non-exhaustive list).
Individuals assisted with return do NOT count towards this indicator as there is a specific indicator for this.
The unit of measurement is cumulative number. Calculation method: avoid double counting of individuals.
If your programme targets women, consider making this indicator gender-specific. If not, this indicator should be disaggregated by self-reported gender (in non-binary terms): female / male / other / prefer not to say. Please see the Guidance on the use of the core indicators library.
