Number of jobs supported/sustained by the Grants
Definition and Methodology
This indicator measures the total number of full time equivalent (FTE) jobs supported or sustained thanks to Grants' support. Jobs refer to positions held by paid employees in the supported entities/organisations. This indicator only covers direct jobs, i.e., those directly supported through Grants' support. It may include seasonal and part time direct jobs supported. Part time or seasonal jobs should be converted to full time equivalent (FTE) on a pro rata basis (e.g. full time posts for three months would be equivalent to a 0.25 FTE job for a single year reporting period). Temporarily vacant posts may be included in this indicator as long as there is intention to fill the jobs in the near future.
Unpaid jobs (volunteers and interns) and consultancies should not count towards this indicator.
If your programme targets women, consider making this indicator gender-specific. If not, this indicator should be disaggregated by self-reported gender (in non-binary terms): female / male / other / prefer not to say. Please see the Guidance on the use of the core indicators library.
If your programme targets individuals/communities from deprived or segregated neighbourhoods/settlements, please use indicator ROM-001.
