Definition and Methodology

Total number of formal plans, strategies, or frameworks that have been developed with Grants' support. These plans can be in response to any assessment, study or mapping completed (ref. to indicator ALL-004). Plans refer to action-oriented roadmaps detailing steps to achieve specific objectives (e.g., disaster response plans). Strategies refer to high-level approaches to guide decision-making and resource allocation (e.g., national cybersecurity strategy). Frameworks refer to structured documents providing principles and methodologies for implementation (e.g., legal frameworks for data protection).

To count towards this indicator, the document must be completed and available for implementation.

The indicator can be customised by sector/topic. Examples:

a. Healthcare 🏥: National plan for pandemic preparedness and response, ethical framework for patient data protection and privacy, etc.

b. Justice & Home Affairs ⚖️: Implementation plan for judicial system digitisation, legal framework for court-annexed mediation, implementation plan for use of holistic security approach inclunding dynamic security in correctional services, implementation plan of revised training curriculum,etc.

c. Security & Defense 🛡️: Counterterrorism response plan for major cities, cybersecurity strategy for defense networks, etc.

d. Disaster Preparedness & Emergency Response 🌍⚠️: Climate adaptation strategy for disaster resilience, coordination framework for multi-agency emergency response, etc.

5. Green Energy & Environment 🌿⚡: Renewable energy expansion plan for the next decade, strategy for achieving carbon neutrality by 2050, etc.
