Number of new or improved IT systems developed
Definition and Methodology
Total number of new or enhanced IT systems (both hardware and software) that have been designed, developed, and implemented with Grants' support. This indicator tracks both new systems (completely fresh IT solutions built from scratch) and improved systems (IT solutions that have been upgraded or enhanced in functionality, security, efficiency, or user experience). To count towards this indicator, the systems must be fully developed and at least partially operational. Setting up new social media accounts does NOT count towards this indicator.
The indicator can be customised by sector/topic. Examples:
a. Healthcare 🏥: Developing electronic medical record (EMR) systems or improving telemedicine platforms.
b. Justice & Home Affairs ⚖️: Implementing case management systems or upgrading cybersecurity systems.
c. Energy & Environment 🌿⚡: Deploying smart grid monitoring software or optimizing renewable energy management platforms.
d. Business – Enhancing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or developing AI-driven customer service platforms.
